Bookstore Terms:

Prices are in Swiss Francs, inclusive the Swiss VAT and are subject to change without notice. Items are subject to availability and prior sale. Returns may be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Postage is extra. We recommend Economy Air and will use this method unless otherwise instructed. Books over 2 kg (2000 g) will cost more to post. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. Insurance and tracking is extra and will only be taken out at the buyers request. Payment by credit card is the most convenient for us. We accept all major creditcards, or by transferring the amount to our bank account in either Switzerland or Germany. After an order, we will contact you concerning the post/shipping. Books will be held for four days while awaiting confirmation. Any lawsuits will take place in Basel.

Shipping Terms:

We will ship internationally. We welcome enquiries by e-mail or telephone. Please supply full details of the book(s) required. Prices are displayed in Swiss Francs and do not include handling/shipping. Postal costs will be agreed following personal contact by the customer. For higher value books, the customer may be asked to provide the additional costs of postal insurance cover. Books will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Customer satisfaction guaranteed. If book is improperly described we will refund full cost plus two way postage. We will refund the cost of the book for any reason. Refunds will be issued upon our receiving items. Please notify us prior to returning any item.
